Ready, Set, Grow!

HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE:

Each plot is 500 square feet.

Gardeners will be chosen by lottery from the Turtle Bay Resort employees and Kahuku Residents, and those selected will be expected to provide their own tools and seeds for their plot.

There will be a small fee associated with the maintenance of the gardens. Upon receiving their plot, gardeners will be asked to pay a one-time fee of $50.00, with a small recurring fee of $10.00 per month along with a $20 refundable security deposit.

The plots will open to the gardeners with a special blessing ceremony in August 2019. Gardeners can expect secure access to their plots as well as workshops and other learning opportunities associated with growing, harvesting and caring for their plot’s bounty.
